Not everyone reacts to organic material the same. Some people are able to wear certain woods that other people are not. It is important to know if you have any allergies to organic materials before ordering. Some woods have a higher reaction rate than others for some people. I have no idea how each individual will react to a certain kind of wood so I cannot take responsibility once your plugs are delivered and worn. I do not accept returned plugs unless it is because of an error I made in style or size.

Shipping:
I do not accept responsibility for a parcel once it is mailed. If parcels are shipped regular/ground mail, then tracking numbers are not supplied. Shipping times vary from days to weeks depending on what country you live in. If parcels are sent priority mail, then a tracking number will be supplied. If a parcel is lost in the mail I will NOT replace it. All wholesale parcels are shipped express postage with insurance.

Processing Timeframes:
Retail orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to produce once the order has been placed and payment has been received.

Wholesale orders can take 4-8 weeks to produce depending on the size of the order.
